Restart your Touch&Tell terminal

Follow this guide to restart your Touch&Tell terminal. If you encounter difficulties and need help, call us at +46 (0)31–386 0090 .

 

Step 1: Unlock the case with the key you received when the terminal was delivered:

Step 2: Remove the outer (white) frame, and the inner (black) frame:

Step 3: Press the tablet’s power button (see picture below) and hold for a few seconds until a menu pops up on the screen. Press  “Restart”  at the bottom.

Step 4: Wait until the tablet restarts and automatically opens the Touch&Tell app. It may take a minute or two.

Step 5: Attach the inner and outer frames again.

Step 6: Lock the case by pressing the button at the keyhole:

You’re done! The terminal has been restarted and is locked.
