Robust terminals

Custom designed signs

Send us graphic material (your logo, colours, etc.) and we’ll design a sign for you with your own message. That way your feedback terminal will draw more attention and it becomes clear who’s asking the questions.

Works both online and offline

Responses are uploaded instantly if the terminal has a 4G or WiFi connection. If the feedback terminal is offline, the responses are stored locally and uploaded as soon as the terminal regains connection. You’ll never lose a response.

Automatic remote monitoring and updates

The terminals are unmanned and monitored remotely by us. If they need new features, they’re updated without you having to do anything. This way Touch&Tell gets better over time.
